PUBLIC NOTICE

A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.,
at the Millville Town Hall, 36404 Club House Road, Millville (Sussex County)
Delaware, to consider the application of Richard Bloch, R.I.B. Services, LLC
for a Conditional Use of parcel #134-12.00-282.00 (35715 Atlantic Ave),
“Zoning;” Article X Conditional Uses; §155-9 Conditional Uses Enumerated;
(2) Performing Arts Theatre (2) (a) Permitted Accessory Use when in conjunction
with a Performing Arts Theater.”

The site plan can be reviewed at the Town Hall during regular business hours, 
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  If unable to attend
the Public Hearing, written commentswill be accepted prior to the hearing.

The Town’s Regular Meeting of Town Council will follow
immediately after the Public Hearing.
