Millville P&Z 6/25/18 Public Hearing Result Notice for Bay to Beach Sales Center

Notice is hereby given that the Town Planning & Zoning Committee, after a Public Hearing held on Monday, June 25, 2018, at 2:00 pm, at the Millville Town Hall, 36404 Club House Road, Millville, DE, approved the preliminary site plan for the Bay to Beach Builder’s Sales Center, submitted by John Murray of the Kercher Group, on behalf of Deric Parker of E. Gray Investments LLC.  The proposed Sales Center is located on Tax Map Parcel #134-12.00-280.00, 35745 Atlantic Avenue, Millville, DE 19967 and zoned C1.  The proposed construction of a 5,736 square foot office, sales center and model home for Bay to Beach Builders with preliminary site plan depicting parking facilities, drive aisles, sidewalks and patios to support the proposed use, and recommended to the Kercher Group to move forward to the final site plan stage for Town Council review which will be a public hearing.
