To ensure a sufficiently high quality of life for current and future residents; grow in a manner consistent with current Town values; protect the environmental quality of resources located within Millville and in the surrounding area; provide for and protect existing open space areas within the community; and target development in areas where services can be provided at the least cost and in the shortest time possible.
