NOTE: “Request for an Absentee Ballot” (affidavit) form is due no later than noon, Friday March 6, 22026. (See directions below)
Once the affidavit is received, absentee ballots will be mailed to registered voters who have completed an affidavit through February 27, 2026. If the registered voter needs the ballot after February 27, 2026, they must come to Town Hall and pick up the ballot. All absentee ballots must be received by the Board of Elections by the close of the election polls at 6pm on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

DIRECTIONS:
- Complete the affidavit form and sign.
- ONE FORM must be filled out for each voter.
- Make a copy of your driver’s license.
- “Request for an Absentee Ballot” and a copy of your license can be dropped off to Town Hall or mailed to: 36404 Club House Road, Millville DE 19967 — ATTN: Voter Affidavit.
- Town office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Upon receipt, a ballot will be either handed to you or mailed.
