Town Hall Chambers or 2nd Floor Meeting Room

Want to rent the Town Chamber or 2nd Floor Meeting room for your next function? Follow the below checklist of items to do.

1. Fill out the Facility Use Form completely. (read all directions carefully, return pages 9-15 to Town Hall)
2. Get Liability Insurance. (see packet for details)
3. Include $100 deposit check only (for Chamber) or $50 deposit check only (2nd Floor Meeting room).
4. Return all the above to Town Hall, or mail to 36404 Club House Rd, Millville DE 19967 — ATTN: Trish.

We will book your event on our calendar once we receive the above items. Final rental payment is due 15 days prior to your event. Please be sure to state in application any special accommodations you may need.
