The Town of Millville is pleased to offer our facilities for rental for your special events. We are sorry, we do not currently rent on Sundays.
- Evans Park Community Building – is ideal for wedding/receptions, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate meetings/events, anniversaries, gatherings, workshops, and many other large functions. Large bathrooms for mens/ladies, small kitchen, handicap/ample parking, mounted projector screen with microphones & wifi if needed, and much more! Don’t forget the pickleball and bocce courts, as well as the children’s playground on site. Low refundable deposit and low rental fees. (Total Fire Marshal Occupancy — 285 (lecture style) or 170 with tables/chairs)

- Town Hall – offers the choice of our Town Chamber or the 2nd Floor Meeting room. Both rooms are great for smaller corporate events, meetings, gatherings, workshops, and HOAs.

- Town Chamber – can accommodate 112 people. Mens/ladies bathroom (single use), low refundable deposit. NO FOOD! Free to rent Monday thru Friday for Millville residents*. Low fees for non-residents. (Proof required) (Total Fire Marshal Occupancy — 112 lecture style only)
- 2nd Floor Meeting Room – can accommodate 25 people. Has a small kitchenette, bathroom, elevator access, mounted projector screen with microphone and wifi if needed. Offers low refundable deposit. Free to rent Monday thru Friday for Millville residents*. Low fees for non-residents. (*Proof required) (Total Fire Marshal Occupancy — 25 people w/chairs & tables)
