The Town Manager’s Office is responsible for day-to-day operations and the overall management of the town, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently. The office works to uphold the Town’s Charter/Code, while also carrying out administrative tasks such as budgeting, personnel management, legal affairs, labor relations, and public safety.
