The following application is for a Subdivision Site Plan of certain territory within the limits of the Town of Millville owned by E. Johnson Holdings LLC, located at tax map and parcel number 134-16.00-17.00 (totaling 49.98+/- acres located on Substation Road), consisting of 135 single family homes. At its November 10, 2020, public hearing meeting, Town Council voted 5-0 to approve the rezoning of the parcel from AR – Agricultural to R – Residential; you can view those meeting minutes by clicking here.
